Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Humble Hunter. We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work, and what to do if something is not right with your order.

30 day return window

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the product price. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, labels and accessories included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email) must be provided
  • The item must not be on the list of non-returnable items below

Non-returnable items

For safety or product integrity reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Items sold as clearance, final sale or marked non-returnable on the product page
  • Personalised, customised or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards

How to start a return

Email info@humblehunter.co.za with your order number, the item you wish to return, and a brief reason. We will reply within 2 business days with a returns reference and the return address. Items sent back without a returns reference may not be accepted.

Return shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked, insured courier service. Humble Hunter is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. Original shipping fees paid on your order are not refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take a further few days to reflect.

Refunds are for the product price only. Original shipping fees and any return shipping you paid are not refundable.

If a returned item is found to be used, damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition, we may reduce the refund or decline the return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, this is handled separately from the standard return process and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act apply. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order at info@humblehunter.co.za with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. In these cases:

  • You may choose a replacement, repair, or full refund including original shipping
